tidy room great proximity small room missing lift
the room was tidy. i finded the location quite good, being a short walk from paddington station. its close proximity to transport was great. the staff was lovely and helpful .
the room were a bit small, that is true. also, i was not very happy. there wasn't a lift, and i had to carry my luggages to the upper floors. i found it inconvenient and exhausting to climb those stairs.
